See morePiece together an interstellar adventure with The Story Orchestra: The Planets: Musical Puzzle, where every piece unlocks real orchestral music from Holst's cosmic masterpiece! With a magical story, sound buttons and a space-themed poster, this puzzle brings the planets to life through music and play.
Take a musical journey through time and space with The Story Orchestra: The Planets: Musical Puzzle, an interactive adventure that turns Holst's famous score into a creative hands-on experience for your little reader.
Children begin their journey by jumping straight into the opening scene, where two siblings launch into space and travel from planet to planet. As they explore Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus, they press special shaped puzzle pieces to hear real orchestral music from Holst's score. Each sound clip brings the story to life, from bold, thundering drums to delicate, sparkling strings.
Once the 48-piece puzzle is complete, children can flip the double-sided poster to reveal the final part of the journey, along with fascinating facts about the composer and his interstellar masterpiece. With its mix of music, puzzles and storytelling, this is a joyful way to inspire curiosity and creativity.
This musical jigsaw puzzle is the perfect gift to introduce children to classical music.
Also available in the Story Orchestra series: Four Seasons in One Day, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Carnival of the Animals, The Magic Flute, In the Hall of the Mountain King, I Can Play (vol 1), The Planets, Peter and the Wolf and A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Manufacturer's note: Please pull the white tab out of the back of the book before use. Sound buttons require a firm push in exact location to work, which may be hard for young children. All sound clips are 10 seconds long. If you experience any issues with your puzzle, please contact the manufacturer directly.
